Our rates of stay (please look at T&C)
Ok, cards on the table! We want to welcome ostensibly, 1 or two families for a longer than normal stay. hence our rates reflect this. Essentially, we are leaving our home to travel and experience other destinations over a longer than usual period of time. We want you to do the same. This is no ‘usual’ property, in fact, it is unique. Certainly in this region.
1 month stay (Minimum)
A sleeping set up example:
4 adults in two double beds
3 kids in the middle guest room (double & single bunk beds)
3 kids on the mezzanine level of the Moroccan room
1/2 (that is one or two, not half a child!) kids on the bottom of the Moroccan room
Including:
Free Wi-Fi
Electricity, bottled gas and tap water.
Bedding
Towels
Fully stocked kitchen appliances
All kitchen utensils included
Amenities:
Golf chipping area with clubs
Paddle board
3 person Sea Kayak
€7,600.00
The place will be supervised by a key-holder and there will be a maintenance person visiting regularly to ensure the place is kept tip top. A laundry service is available at an extra cost but we do have a washing machine on site and plenty of drying space/facilities, we will only be at the end of a phone should you need anything further.
We work on the basis of “leave us alone to get on with it” but if you need more, that is absolutely fine.
